When You’re Smiling …

A smile upon the lips, oh what a difference this
makes.  So many remain unaware of the
intimate and intricate connection between body, mind, and spirit.  You wish to relax?  Move your lips slightly upward.  This sends an instant signal to your
autonomous nervous system.  You do not
have to tell the body to relax.  Your
lips just did it for you.  And in that
slight upward movement of the lips, you have sent a rush of gratitude to the
heart and soul.  You need not walk about
with a giant grin on your face to feel better, but we wish to warn you:  If you begin practicing the slight up-turn of
the lips, that giant grin may follow naturally.
