There is more than one way to see a challenge. It is when you get stuck in one point of view that suffering ensues. With flexibility come solutions and peace. Flow is essential. It is a choice. First, notice when there is angst. This propels you to action. If the angst continues, seek another way and another. To keep doing the same thing and experience the angst is an indicator that there is another way. If nothing can change on the outside, why then, your thoughts about it are a most excellent place to start.
