Why Believe

Believe. “In what?” you may ask. In things you cannot see. You do not see the roots of a tree or a flower. You do not see the heart and lungs that keep you experiencing life in a body. Now believe that you can live without that body. Life is not necessarily what you see. It is the experiences that arise in awareness. The body is secondary. Consciousness is primary. You are alive, with or without a body. Now can you believe that those who have departed their bodies are still with you? Trust the part of you that does not need to see them to know this.
