You have a challenge? This is what you came into human form to face. It is through challenges that you grow.  Be aware that you do not grow as easily if you think you must handle everything alone. You came into human form knowing you would have always available to you a team of non-physical helpers. If you doubt this, ask for help and be open to the myriad ways in which assistance flows to you once you no longer play solitaire.
