You may say or do things when you are tired that are contrary to what you know is aligned with the soul. Your thoughts and words stand out in stark contrast to what is normally in your heart and so you notice them. Forgive yourself. Be aware of what happens when you are out of balance. Do your best. Now that you see the effects of stress and strain, perhaps you can understand why others act as they do at times. Compassion is natural for the soul and comes to the surface when you gain greater understanding. Make amends when you have done harm, and vow to do better next time … with awareness.
You are so very loved.
Im not sure why i have been told to add this comment below, but i do really especially appreciate the part that says “…Be, whole as we are.”.
We do need to remain thankful for the multitude of guidances that have allowed us to clearly arrive – to awareness and aim us toward achievement.
He was with child. And he said to his son , “Come… let us go and worship…. and Be, whole as we are.
Thank you for this message. It comes at a time when I am having trouble forgiving myself for past mistakes; regrets about how I treated my children when they were young and I was an unconscious human doing the best I knew how. When my son passed 5 years ago I went into a deep depression and regrets overcame my every thought. I have struggled to pull myself out of that pit of despair. Every day is a challenge to find the will to live. During the past two years, I have found an awareness, compassion and desire to connect to the spirit world, with a realization that we are all one. Thank you again for your encouraging words and wisdom.
Yep. This message got my attention. Being a granny-nanny I have a different energy/patience/tolerance level come late afternoon and evening. The grandkids live with me and they get the brunt of my burnout through “abrupt and not so patient words” until bedtime. Thank you Sanaya for keeping me aware of this tendency of reacting from the human condition and not the heart. ❤️
Absolutely true.
