Rocks in a stream. They impede the flow, but what does the stream do? It does not stop. It flows over and around, caressing the rock. It does not complain, “Oh, you are in my way!” No, onward it flows, ever so slowly wearing away at this obstacle without any effort at all. Can you be like the stream, or will you stand fast in your stubbornness and be the rock? Or could you be both and all of it at the same time, just experiencing the interaction? Life. Breathe it in, for it flows like the breath as well. Try and block it, and see what happens. Yes, you know better than that. Let us flow, dear one. You and Me … Life … Love In Full Expression.
You are so very loved.

Wow
Hi Suzanne-
I just finished Wolf’s Message and Messages of Hope!!! I couldn’t stop listening and am so comforted by your work!
Thank you for your courage and dedication to this work!
Much love-
Helen
I’m so grateful they spoke to you, Helen. YOu may enjoy watching the presentation I gave based on Wolf’s Message. Here’s the link: https://youtu.be/zJeLPy22feI
Oh, how perfect! I have left several comments recently, and I think they have all amounted to this same message — “Oh, how perfect”! I apologize for being repetitive, but it’s so wonderful how you and your guides reach the hurting places and offer just the right words to sooth. This image of water in a stream flowing over rocks is one of my favorites. I often stand and zone out while looking at a nearby stream. I had never thought of it quite this way, “without effort.” I think I can actually do this. So many people are hurting with so many challenges and heartaches, so I won’t go into mine. I just want to say thank you so much for this perfect analogy.
You are so loved, Elizabeth!
Great analogy! Thank you for sharing
Genious. ?❤?
I listen to your teaching almost everyday. I’ve never been aware of angel numbers, in last two weeks 1111, 111,1010 have occured 7-8 times. I continue to work on awakening, meditation still difficult, most days your daily way seems to speak directly to me. Maybe I should relax and just flow. I think I think too much. I can feel things happening in me. Thank you for being who you are and showing the world so much love.
Perfect plan, Kim. Just observe the thoughts as you breathe slowly in and out whatever you’re doing.
