Find the positives when you catch yourself in what you call a bad mood. It is the human tendency to focus on the negatives. This only keeps you trapped in one side of wholeness. You experience both sides of the spectrum of being. Balance is optimum. Awareness will allow you to see when you slip too far to the negative pole as your human side gets a bit stuck. By consciously seeking the positive, you will find the balance and thus the Joy.
