Hysterics are not necessary.  They arise as part of the human nature … the programming that comes with the physical body.  They are exacerbated by thoughts and focusing upon the drama.  What if there were a way to remain at peace no matter what is happening?  There is, dear friend.  It is called Awareness, and we write this with a capital A, for it is your most essential nature.  What forms the foundation can become covered over to the point that one is not aware of this solid base supporting you, but practice in times of low stress brings Awareness to human awareness when the drama arises.  Deep breathing to control the body’s responses, Awareness to maintain focus upon those thoughts that are most helpful and healing, and you have found your way to peace.
