Shed the body. You do not need it in meditation. Yes, you need it when enacting the role you came here to play on behalf of the Light, but in meditation, this is your time to simply BE the Light – to return to full awareness of Who you really are. That is why you can meet and merge with any other aspect of the Light in this expanded state of awareness. Do you wish to meet and converse with one of the so-called Masters? Believe that this is possible, for it is, but only as you shed your awareness of the body and become more and more of your true essence in awareness as Light. This is indeed a shedding, not only of the body, but of a mind-set so deeply entrenched that it holds you back from remembering I AM That. Shed the body as well as the belief that you are that body and you are well on your way to freedom.
And don’t our bodies and egos do everything possible to resist our awareness from being shifted towards us remembering who we really are? And that is that we are a spiritual being of light, having a temporary human experience.
