It is time for a reminder. Repeat after us: “I forgive myself for ever thinking I was anything less than love.” And here we hear you protest, for there are parts of you that do not understand. We are not speaking of being “loving.” Humans act less than loving quite often when caught up in me, me, me. We are speaking of the root cause of being thus caught up: the illusion that you are a stand-alone, independent being. You are “being,” itself. This state of total connection at the most essential level—beyond what the physical senses show you—IS love, dear one. And as you forget this, you do and think things that beg self-forgiveness. So, repeat our reminder as often as needed, for Truth heals all ills.
You are so very loved.
When i know i am being “me,me, me” and finally realize how very essential, basic, loving i could instead have been, my stomach sickens having not chosen to love and am stunned to know this “me, me,me” just never seems to suffocate itself (nor the love!). Yet it sure takes the breath away from others when i am so hard and harsh. Yuck!!!!
Once again i also see how extremely bad my ability to truly forgive really is. At this age – that is a serious wall that needs breaking down yet each time i run into the need to forgive, i add “just another brick in the wall”! Caaaaaaw!
This is very helpful. Thank you so much!
