Did you get enough rest? Are you taking care of yourself? Are you feeding yourself well or poorly? Is it becoming apparent to you why you feel the way you do? Are you surrounding yourself with loving people? Are you loving yourself? Ah, there’s the rub. Examine your thoughts and actions. Stay close to Home as you do so, for a happy, healthy life begins at the center of you, your true Home. Love yourself with all your heart and soul, and then venture outward.
You are so very loved.
ok I’m starting today. Done. I love you and I’m grateful.
is it really possible to love yourself? who is loving who (whom)?
I love your words and this is uplifting. Thank you
Ive been looking at this, along with other readings that I’ve encountered and from all this, I’ve come to realize how important it is, that when you try to understsnd your self, in order to love yourself, you must not assume that all the thoughts that pop into your brain, are thoughts of your soul. Your brain does its own “thing”, not all of which are in your control. The brain has its routes, through a kind of synapsis that is brought about by conditionings of hereditary and environmental situations. This makes it all the more important that you listen to your soul’s heart rather than your brain. Furthermore – All the more reason to repose, relax, and pour over to whom and what you are listening daily.
