Memories. They can toss you about like waves on the sea. You label them good or bad and react in kind. Be kind to yourself, won’t you, as you go back in time to review your memories. Do so with awareness that you are making a conscious journey outside of the present moment. Awareness is what will allow you to be a conscious observer of that which lies outside the now-moments. Remain conscious and carry with you compassion for the human condition as you journey. It is not easy being human. It is far more difficult when you forget you are also a soul and you are so very loved.
