You are a work in progress. Notice how words carry the meaning you give to them. What if you saw the word “work” with the meaning “work of art” or even a masterpiece, like your Michelangelo’s David which was revealed when that which obscured the masterpiece was removed? You are already magnificent. It is here right now. How much of it you reveal is up to you. At times you must do the work. There is that word again. Must work involve toil and hardship? That is up to the meaning you give it. Might it not be a beautiful work of contrast—like any work of art—in which the dark is as valuable as the light? Shine on, beautiful work of art.
You are so very loved.
Good words to start the day off with.
So Beautiful, Thank you Suzanne
Beautifully and powerfully said! Thank you for helping us to reveal our inner light, Suzanne!
Fantastic way of looking at it, a work of art revealing. Made me think when I used to paint, it was a work, but not a tedious or painful work, it was quiet, nurturing, expressive.. it was something I looked forward to every day. Couldn’t wait to get home, get chores done, eat & then it was that time. What a wonderful reminder this was, to see it in a beautiful way! Thanks so much for this. Great thought to start the week with! Blessings and much love!!
