When you are up in arms about something, pause. To fly off the handle is the result of being identified solely with the role and not the soul. Let go of the handle that you are holding up in those very human arms and sit quietly for a few moments. In that pause to regain soul awareness, simply notice the feelings of tension in the body. These are signals that you are out of alignment with the natural flow of life. Now ask what you are defending and why. Only when flowing will answers come, and we dare say that because you have shifted to being divinely guided, now you will be armed in the very best way: with wisdom, understanding, and equanimity,
You are so very loved.
I still would like an answer as to exactly why almost all (if not all) of us get our knickers in a twist about somethings and not about others. Some will say it’s a knee-jerk easy solution to let others know we are unhappy or malcontent on an issue and that we are then trying to control or manipulate the situation. But to me i still would wonder why we don’t accept things as they are, and go on to be happy and helpful because this sounds like the far more natural thing to do and be. Yet the natural seems to have become unnatural to us – for very long periods of time in each of our lives – and throughout history.
This is strange business. Are we all down here to re-learn how to recalibrate our beings to their natural state? BUT wait – our souls know their natural state and they are always in their natural state so what is it that needs the major tune-up?
I think it’s because we’re human, living with other humans who believe the human story is all there is and forgetting we are souls, too. I think the challenge and joy of life here on earth is seeing how united we all are as souls, part of the one web.
