Suzanne covered several fascinating topics during this month’s mentoring. She shared a huge “aha” to show how we are always connected to our loved ones in spirit, a new analogy to understand what happens energetically when we connect with loved ones and guides across the veil, and a way to use those in the spirit world to help us overcome cravings and take better care of our bodies. Suzanne also presented true stories that were perfect tools to teach: how to deal with toxic neighbors, co-workers, or family members in a way that completely transform the situation; validation of how our loved ones are watching over us during the pandemic; and what recurring dreams teach us. She led participants through a new way to focus and expand the energy during her “Ten Minute Transformation” meditation.
