“I love them so much it hurts.” Have you ever felt this? Why would it hurt? This surge of energy in the heart is familiar. At times it feels like pain and at other times pleasure. What if it is simply the strong movement of the self-same energy that connects all that is? You label it pain the moment your awareness that what you are feeling might someday go away. Dear one, divine love is total connection … lack of separation. This is the condition from which all experience arises. Love cannot go away. Love with all your heart and soul and keep it flowing. When you feel that “so much that it hurts” feeling, spread it around liberally and it will not hurt so much—it will simply erupt as Joy.
You are so very loved.

Thank you Suzanne and guides. For 10 years I have labeled it as deep pain and the word “joy” i found almost repulsive in my moving forward. This year I have set my intention to find joy. A different joy than I used to experience but TRUE joy. This is such an interesting, always changing “journey”. Bless you
How exciting, Kim. May higher ones help you in beautiful ways as you journey in peace.
Thank you Suzanne for this beautyful message. I just love your messages, your teachings and everything between. You are such an pure and beautyful soul.
With much love from the Netherlands
What loving words, Caecil! Blessings to you!
Oh Suzanne… Your messages touch me every single day! Todays message about unconditional love especially touches me today deeply. My 16yo autistic grandson is going through it and I have been brought to him. He felt worthless, unworthy and thought that if he “wasn’t here” no one would care. :’(
I explained to him when I got here that I loved him unconditionally. I made sure he understood what it meant. I’ve helped him organize his room and have been spending time with him till I have to go back to my mountain in a few days.
We all need to know we are loved unconditionally and we have the responsibility to send out that e energy and love to all!
Thank you for todays message.
Love to you for what you do xo
What a blessing you are to him, Rina!
Dear Suzanne,
Thank you for these wonderful and beautiful words. It feels so true that pain can come up so easily once you start to be afraid. Once you start to doubt or not trust. I wish it can guide me more strongly – in interaction with others and with myself. May we all decide for love so wholeheartedly!
Warm regards from Germany,
Verena
Blessings!
