More, more, more. There is an addictive nature to buying. You think a thing will bring you pleasure and fulfillment, and in many cases, it does, and so you want bigger, better, more. What do you already have that brings you the same pleasure? Focus there when you want to over-indulge, and now ask yourself why it brings you this thrill? There is nothing wrong with having, but “being” is a state that is always present. Being at the surface of a lake can be quite choppy and tumultuous at times. Being at the depths of being is still and calm. Go there when you seek more, more, more, and you will find that you already have what you are trying to find.
You are so very loved.

This almost makes me want to cry. It is so touching. I love the idea of being loved and appreciated. To o often I not felt loved, or lovable.
Amene, this so resonates this morning. Mahalo nui, Lorra
I cannot thank you enough for these beautiful messages which permeate my entire being. The message comes in the right moment and keeps me awakened.
I was just sitting at my desk thinking about going to my favourite fabric shop because they had a sale on when I read this message. How timely! I already have enough fabric to last me a couple of years. So it is definitely the thrill of buying new stuff that I am addicted to. Now thanks to Sanaya I will be shopping in my home. ?
I totally get this. It’s like trying recreate favourite memories, you can’t make magic happen again. Buying stuff isn’t the magic. Enjoying the “stuff” is the magic. Go enjoy what you already have. Or go for a walk in nature. Call a friend. Do stuff. Make meaningful.magic.
I love this and will not forget there is nothing wrong with ‘having’ but being is so much more fulfilling . Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya. Love and light
