It is never too late to find a new hobby. What is your passion? Perhaps you have not yet found it. Follow your heart. What is it that brings you great joy? Is it music, art, writing, connecting with people, animals? The possibilities are limitless. Give the mind a break. Make sure as you dive into something new that you do not do so to add another layer of doing but to connect more fully with being.
You are so very loved.

Hi Suzanne and Sanaya
This so resonates with me. It was one of the questions that I had asked just a couple of days ago and it has been answered!
I spend time with you every day and Thank you so much for sharing ❤️.
When I moved to Seniors Independent Living, I asked my Angels for guidance as to what I might do. I found a wonderful hobby…creating daily SMILE PAGES to share with other residents as the health benefits are well documented. They give opportunities to appreciate images of beauty…flowers, birds, butterflies, trees nature etc…the possibilities for developing themes are endless. Those and some daily humour “finds” are now being commented on often. I also make personal birthday cards with my “finds” . I can’t think when I have ever enjoyed a hobby so much and it’s lovely to be able to share it.
This is wonderful! What a blessing you are to the other residents!
I definitely need to follow a “new” passion that i have not explored in a productive manner. So many times i hear myself say ” gee i wish i could do that”… and yet…i have never made a real effort to learn.
There is a ridiculous “something” like a lack of trust in my own level of creativity . Kicker is, I’ve never really tested the waters. So where do these wacky notions i have in my subconscious, come from? They drive me nuts but i still haven’t managed to shake them.
Dear Suzanne – I am receiving this message from various sources lately, although I realize it is all really from the one Source. My life is definitely in transition, and I so appreciate the reminders to create joy, to BE joy, as I move forward into the possibilities.
So much love and gratitude, Deb
