You are always rushing about?  What is your hurry?  Not enough minutes in the day?  What if you had more minutes?  How would you fill them?  With more rushing?  There is a reason the body requires sleep.  As the sun sets and rises, the body goes through cycles of activity and rest as well.  Why don’t you?  What are you trying to fill by filling all of your waking moments with activity?  If each moment is fulfilling, then do continue, balancing this with adequate rest, but when it ceases to bring contentment, examine the underlying cause.  Know, most of all, you are so very loved.  May this awareness give you pause.
