Do you wish to break a habit that no longer serves you? Remain present. Habits are conditioned. Conditioning leads to inattentiveness. The first step, after setting a clear intention to create anew, is to be awake and aware of your thoughts and actions. Awareness is lacking with most habits and addictions. When awareness is present and combined with a clear, heart-felt intention, you are far more likely to make higher choices. The breath is a good place to start. Asking for help from the angels will serve you well as well.
