“Bring it on!” Could you pray with such audacity? And why not? Prayer need not be pious and timid. You are manifesting through prayer. You are sending to the universe your vision, your wishes, your desires, and as you do so, you feel and envision in your being your wishes fulfilled. Yes, there is always the possibility of anything unfolding when you say, “Bring it on!” But you are intending for what is brought to be of benefit to you and the whole in a good way with little struggle. So yes, bring it on, your prayers filled with power and excitement, and the knowing that in so doing, you are connected to the result already.
You are so very loved.
You know that innocence with which a child says prayers? I remember praying like that – once. I mean “once” in particular. It was seriously, with ALL MY HEART that i prayed for Satan to be relieved of his foolish and hurtful ways. I could look at that now and think of it as “audacious” but i know it was not at all audacious at the time. It was actually quite normal, albeit i was acutely aware that i had NEVER thought to pray for Satan before.
THAT might just BE one of the big kahuna of my prayers (🤔🥴) 😘
So often we pray for help… perhaps most often if not always. And our guides desire us to ask; even to ask to make difficulties as painless as possible. Sure they do. That IS part of what they do.
Yet, it is good we experience that holy sense of sorrow. It is so good that it can actually be Holy just as Joy is. The Lebanese poet Khalil Gibran’s “On Joy and Sorrow” says that the deeper sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.”. Part of the way that happens is due to our acceptance and willingness to accept that which IS.
Thereby often and also – learning other points of view from and often “discovered” IN that acceptance of Sorrows as IN that acceptance of Joys
