Gratitude. It is a leveling force, meaning that it brings all of you, no matter your differences, into resonance. Resonance is synonymous with harmony. You know harmony when you hear it, just as you recognize when things are out of tune. Gratitude is a tuning fork. Use it often and you will see how it changes your attitude and your entire outlook on your life, no matter what you are dealing with. And then you can take credit for feeling better, for you had to make the choice to find that for which you are thankful in the first place. It is true: There is always something to be grateful for, for harmony is the underlying essence of the Universe.
You are so very loved.

Morning messages that I look forward to each day
with my coffee. I am grateful for your commitment
Suzanne to serving humanity through Sanaya.
I am grateful my angels and the universe led me
to your work. YOU are so loved by all of us that you
Serve through your work ❤️
Thank you for this! So very true and beautiful! You are so loved!
This is so true as are all the daily way messages. I had a stroke a year ago and gratitude is the main reason I don’t go into a deep depression. I remind myself always how much I am grateful for and I think of new ways all the time.
I have never left a reply before.
Thank you for serving as a positive example to others.
Thank you Suzanne. It is true.
I really really am grateful for everything. I thank God every day , on my walks I am grateful for nature, for the life I had with my husband, and much more.
When I’m frustrated I go out , breathe and enjoy my surroundings with wonder and giving thanks. I feel much better then .
Love and light

I love this so much. Thank you!
Today I am so grateful for a friend who gave me a Revelation regarding my Son. He wants you to know by letting go of him, the grief, does not mean I am leaving him, because I never will (in my heart), Yet, he wanted me to let go of the pain so that I will move forward to use the gifts I’ve been given to fulfill my mission on earth; helping others through their grieving process.
Beautiful truth.
beYOUtiful….gratitude….heals the heart, lifts my spirits in a moment…??
What a fabulous message. Just what I needed to hear.
Yes, my feelings too, Tina! Suzanne and Sanaya, please keep connecting with us❣️?
I/we need your inspiration and enlightening energy ?❤️
I have much to be grateful for, almost 28 years of sobriety, retiring in the country with my wife as we accomplished our dream. She was able to build our dream home & decorate it to her hearts desire, we were living our dream. Last year the day after our 19th anniversary we had to let her go due to the virus that has taken so many. I have to say that being grateful is a mixed bag for me as I’m certainly not grateful for losing her, but I am for the years we had together. I’m the one with the health issues & of course was supposed to go first, but we all know how that goes. So now I’m living half a dream, because without her here it doesn’t have much meaning. I’m in the “what’s the point” frame of mind, I know our kids & grandkids don’t need any more grief, but every day is a challenge just to be here and look forward to our reunion.
