Be aware when you enter into a situation where those around you have clearly different roles to play than the one you have assumed for most of your life. Yes, roles. This awareness that you can be separate from the persona you are acting out and the lines you are reciting can save you from judging. Humans judge and suffer when you see yourselves as separate from each other. There is resistance, denial, derision, and a host of other reactions that are out of harmony with the state you enjoy beyond the role. And what is that state? Why, the soul, of course. The soul can play any role and still be whole. Keep this in mind as you move about the stage. Play your role fully but realize that those apparent others are also in costume.
You are so very loved.
I saw a sign today that made me smile: “What someone else thinks of you is none of your business”.
Of course that is true in both directions.
The way you treat each other is a whole different story. You are as an “apparent other” to them, just as they are to you. Regard-less, not only are you apparent. You will all just as apparently realize you are part of the whole. Once you realize that, all that is apparent will naturally be recognized as part of the whole. Wholeness is endlessly all inclusive.
