This month Suzanne shared life lessons for all of us in remaining calm when life doesn't go as planned, an easy and powerful technique to ease grief and help us connect across the veil, and an incredible story of her connection with a member of her soul group named Ingrid. She also shared a jaw-dropping experience of Jesus meeting a client's son when he passed, an experience of pets teaching us about the energy we radiate, and a modification of her "BLESS ME" method of attuning to Higher Consciousness. One of Suzanne's guests, Margaret, shared her very successful experience of dealing with her grief by "earthing" or "grounding". Suzanne and her guides, Sanaya, answered questions asked by attendees on several topics including: how to identify spirit guides, the difference between spirit guides and guardian angels, raising our frequency to get out of a pattern of sadness, feelings of "homesickness", the members of Sanaya, and the definition of twin flames.

This month Suzanne focused on “Finding Peace Now”. It has been a challenging time as the world deals with the pandemic and racial unrest. Suzanne’s teachers in spirit, Sanaya, provided profound wisdom and tools through Suzanne to help viewers deal with the fears, anxiety, and loss of balance in the current group consciousness. Suzanne took viewers through a new exercise provided by Sanaya using Mala Beads to bring each to better focus and awareness of the One Me. The concept of a Peace beyond the human story and “changing the channel” shared by Suzanne is truly life changing. Suzanne shared an example of how our spirit guides are aware of what is coming up for us and try to warn us of danger. Sanaya and Suzanne answered questions dealing with topics including animal flesh in the human diet, cremation vs. traditional burial, why only some believe in eternal life, why some loved ones do not show up in a reading, and the length of time before connecting to a loved one who has recently passed.
This month Suzanne focused on "taking off the training wheels" and moving beyond the BLESS ME method to a shorter method of connecting directly to spirit.
